Metaglo Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian owned company and was established in 1989 for the electropolishing of stainless steel products.

The Metaglo System is unique - in one operation the stainless steel product is given a bright reflective finish and the surface is passivated with enhanced corrosion resistance. Stress relief is obtained with hydrogen removal.

There are two main factors in achieving a uniform polished surface - firstly the quality of the electrolyte used in the immersion tank and secondly the positioning of the electrodes to obtain an even distribution of the electrolytic charge. The technical staff at Metaglo concentrate on top class workmanship and are able to advise on stainless steel surface treatments. The Metaglo electrolyte is non volatile - this allows the process to be conducted in a clean, comfortable environment.
